It'll depend where abouts in the north west you are, I'm sure there will be courses in manchester, liverpool and maybe bolton, there doesn't seem to be much here in preston, and i'm quite sure there'll be nowt in blackpool, try searching the uclan web site, they might have somethng, but it might not be evenings. keep us posted if you find anything, I might tag along.

Thanks for reply. I am t'other side o'Ribble in Blackburn. Will check UCLAN and maybe also Blackpool and Fylde College. If I find anything I will let you know.

Maybe there is some scope for setting up a NW Songwriter's Lodge up here?

Sorry its taken a long time to reply Tom but I have been away for a month.
I will watch that site for courses as they having nothing at present
Have bought Rikky Rooksby book on writing songs on Keyboards and also Composing Music: A New Approach
by William Russo both of which I have still to read and work with but here's hoping.
