I have the same problem. I think it does have alot to do with the outboard. look up Manley stuff
I was the same Streaky but now i have 3 of the games including the new Metallica one. Drums are on there way now too. im totally sold on the idea and if you have a few peeps round with some beers its awesome!
Does anyone have a good technique for mastering dnb tunes on a PC?

Hi All,
So ive got this track (The Message) thats unmastered on my page. What i try and do is bounce it out of Logic and drop it back in a new project then EQ the main output with everything boosted but more 150-200 hz for the kick and snare and up the top for the splashy hats and mids. I then compress it everso slightly but lossse dynamics and the kick sounds over comprssed. Is this just because i dont have a good outboard to handle this or am i going about it all wrong?

- You should really think about offering recording services on digimusicbids.com. You can also sell tracks ebay style(auction) or at a fixed price. Then you can link the auctions by RSS feeds on different social networking sites.
