Three (more) new songs.

Here are three new songs I've made. One is an electric guitar song, the next is a violin song, and the third is an Irish inspired song I created tonight:

Three new songs posted. (more info and backstory here)

I just posted three new songs I composed (on the myspace page (link at the bottom of this post)). All are pipe organ songs:

Future for more future; This is a haunting organ piece. It's name, Future For More Future, is such because I believe the future will be more of what we have now: more abortion, more murders of husbands with impunity, more mutilations of husbands by their wives, more children stolen from their fathers, more men jailed on merely a woman's word, more child support and… Continue

Pirate Music Theory Act 2

For an even lower dirge of a song, a song that evokes toil and great difficulty on the seas (or under them) we may want to use only the 3 red (and green in this picture) keys per octave for both the main melody and the bass....Continue Reading a

Pirate Music Theory (by me).

Have you ever wanted to play your keyboard and summon a sound that evoked thoughts of tragic sea voyages? Perhaps after seeing pirates of the carrabean 2 or 3 you would have (think: Mr Davy Jones and his pipe organ).

Well, here is how to get an erry, erring, haunting, and sad song out of your midi keyboard:…

My DD-55 has 2 sensitivity settings: normal and hand percussion mode. The normal is good for sticks and the refurbrished DD-55 I got (for 1/2 price) is sensitive to the point where a soft tap will produce a soft sound and a hard hit will produce a loud sound. All the pads can be set to whatever drum you want (including the kick pedals (normally comes with 2, in my refurbrished DD-55 only one kick pedal works... but that's ok with me as I got the unit 1/2 price)). The pads and kicks can also be set to do pre-programed drum rolls in the machine. It has midi output and outputs the correct info. I got mine for 160 dollars (I can't afford buying new alot :P). All in all it's a good digital drum.

Morbid: Thank's for listening to my CD, I appreciate it :). I just got a midi drum (DD-55) last week so I've been working on a military march type of song now.
