movin again

well stage 1 over, the house we came to renovate is done and we are in the process of buying a 10 acre farm and look forward to building the studio again in the outhouses, lookin ahead to runnin some courses, residential. so may not be online when we move so will be back as soon as poss with some new pics and stuff in the meantime keep at it guys peace out P j

Damn Computers

Just had to buy a new laptop for all that publishing stuff and things lost everything on the old one hard drive died i am busy trying to retrieve stuff, what a bugger.

This new one is nice though and i am enjoying vista, although regret the price, never mind, onward and upward. anyone out there got any good DOS commands for recovery (XP) give me a shout have tried all the usual ones to no avail, what saddens me is the loss of all my photos, the kids, the studio ,my friends and the new…

New Studio

Well arrived here in ireland in Dec last year and have been renovating a house since.

I have just done out the loft to accomodate the studio and i am getting frustrated as i miss my studio and the freedom to just get stuck into something when the mood is right.

I miss my friends especially those who i have worked with musically, dave thompson, richard and johnny d.

I hope to post some pics maybe a video tour of the studio when up and running, in the meantime i am continio…

hey there pj i left a couple of messages for you in the producer vocalist group but i dont think they posted . i cant see them anyway. i was wondering if you had a bit of spare time in the future would you put some vocals on one of my tracks. i know our musicall styles are very different but thaats why i want you to do it. i think you have a really good voice. just look at what the chemichal brothers and the flamin lips came up with when they made golden path (its on you tube) the track on my page is called analogue parade. i had you in mind when i was making the track so if you could help it would be much appreciated and if not it will be fully understood. if you can drop me a line either way. goodbye and goodluck pj

Hey PJ thanks for adding me...good to see some other Cubase users, I'm using LE right now...got Cubase Studio 4, but did you know it does not support DirectX plugins any more? Got it and all my Waves DirectX plugins would not work!! Any I'm selling Cubase Studio 4 going to SX 3. I downloaded a wrapper that I thought might fix it, but the waves downloaded but no sound. listened to your music pj. its really good. really intersting to hear how reason and cubase is used for that style of music. you have a really good voice and the music is excellent. your studio is very impresive. when i first seen the photo of it i was jelous and to be honest i wanted your music to be shit so i could tell you lol. but its brillent and being from ireland myself ( CO armagh) i appreciate music like that when i hear it. good luck and keep up the good work
